Education

The Education component includes:

  • a 3-credit AAC course required for all master’s degree students in speech-language pathology
  • a 3-credit AAC course required for all doctoral students in speech-language pathology
  • 1-credit elective courses on a variety of AAC topics

Special topics courses have addressed areas such as AAC assessment, autism, AAC applications for the school-aged child, AAC strategies for the beginning communicator, literacy development, and advanced AAC technology. For more information, contact Dr. Zangari.
